What counts as a user?

The allowance covers active company owners, administrators and engineers. Customer portal viewers do not consume an internal user place.

What counts as an inspection?

Usage is based on completed inspection records, not inspection units. Draft work should not consume the annual allowance.

How does the free trial work?

Choose Starter, Professional or Business and use that plan's features for 14 days. Your chosen limits apply during the trial, and you can discuss a different plan before converting.

What happens near an allowance?

We review usage with you and normally recommend the appropriate upgrade before any written overage arrangement is considered.

Photo and PDF storage is provided on a fair-use basis. Bespoke migration, configuration and development are quoted separately.
